Optical imaging and analysis system for fluorescent and bioluminescent signals in vitro (plants) BIOVIVO™ G basic
Optical imaging and analysis system for fluorescent and bioluminescent signals in vitro (plants) BIOVIVO™ G basic
- High Sensitivity
Equipped with a specialized back-illuminated cooled CCD camera designed for in vivo imaging systems. Quantum efficiency exceeds 90%. Deep cooling of the sensor effectively reduces background noise caused by dark current, ensuring exceptionally high sensitivity for detecting even weak signals. This guarantees reliable results for both bioluminescent and fluorescent in vivo imaging.
- High Image Clarity
The standard camera features 8-megapixel resolution. Additional options with higher resolution cameras (from 2000×2000 to 4000×4000 pixels) are available. The system delivers detailed, high-quality images without compromising sensitivity.
- High Imaging Speed
A high-speed fixed lens with f/<0.9 aperture significantly increases optical signal collection speed. This reduces image acquisition time, decreases noise from long exposures, and effectively improves the signal-to-noise ratio in the final image.
- Multispectral Capabilities
Bright narrowband LED light sources combined with an extensive set of optical filters enable work with a wide range of fluorescent dyes and meet their excitation requirements.
- Multifunctionality
Temperature and humidity control inside the light-tight chamber. Equipped with a temperature-controlled stage with a range from 10°C to 45°C, suitable for studies involving various types of temperature stress.
Optional: An illumination system combining 8 spectral ranges (UV-visible-near IR) simulates sunlight. Intensity and duration of illumination for each spectrum or their combinations can be freely adjusted. Illumination intensity can reach 26,000 lux (at 400 mm distance), making the system applicable for studies of plant biorhythms and photoperiodic responses.
