Optical imaging and analysis system for fluorescent and bioluminescent signals in vitro (plants) BIOVIVO™ G std
- High Sensitivity
Equipped with a specialized back-illuminated cooled CCD camera designed for in vivo imaging systems. Quantum efficiency reaches 95% in the 500-700 nm range. Deep thermoelectric cooling of the sensor effectively reduces background noise caused by dark current, ensuring exceptionally high sensitivity for detecting even weak signals. This guarantees reliable results for both bioluminescent and fluorescent in vivo imaging.
- High Imaging Speed
A high-speed fixed lens with an aperture of f/<0.9 significantly increases the optical signal collection rate. This reduces imaging time, decreases noise from long exposures, and effectively improves the signal-to-noise ratio in the final image.
- Multispectral Capabilities
Bright narrow-band LED light sources combined with an extensive set of optical filters enable work with a wide range of fluorescent dyes and meet their excitation requirements.
- Multifunctionality
Temperature and humidity control inside the light-tight chamber. Equipped with a temperature-controlled stage with a range from 16°C to 45°C, suitable for research involving various types of temperature stress.
An illumination system combining 8 spectral ranges (UV-visible-near IR) simulates sunlight. The intensity and duration of illumination for each spectrum or their combinations can be freely adjusted. Illumination intensity can reach 26,000 lux (at 400 mm distance), making the system applicable for research on plant biorhythms and photoperiodic responses.
