Optical imaging and analysis system for in vivo fluorescent and bioluminescent signals (laboratory animals) BIOVIVO™ B std
- High Sensitivity
Equipped with a specialized back-illuminated cooled CCD camera, designed for in vivo imaging systems. Quantum efficiency reaches 95% in the 500-700 nm range. Deep semiconductor cooling of the sensor effectively reduces background noise caused by dark current, ensuring exceptionally high sensitivity for detecting even weak signals. This guarantees reliable results for both bioluminescent and fluorescent in vivo imaging.
- High Imaging Speed
A high-speed fixed lens with an aperture of f/≤0.9 significantly increases the optical signal acquisition speed. This reduces image formation time, lowers noise levels arising from long exposures, and effectively improves the signal-to-noise ratio in the final image.
- Multispectral Capabilities
Powerful narrow-band LED light sources combined with an extensive set of filters allow working with a wide range of fluorescent dyes and meeting their excitation requirements.
Upgradeability to a halogen light source with an extended near-infrared range and spectral coverage of 380–1000 nm is available, enabling higher quality images for in vivo fluorescent imaging in the near-IR range.
- High Throughput
Enables simultaneous imaging of 6 mice, meeting the requirements for high-throughput sample screening.
- Multifunctionality
Provides the capability for the following types of imaging: high-resolution X-ray imaging, Cherenkov radiation imaging, and up-conversion fluorescent imaging.
